Chief Executive Officer

Nick is the Chief Executive Officer of the ROLF Group of Companies and responsible for the Management Board. He is in charge of the ongoing development of the Group`s operations including a number of new business initiatives as well as maintaining senior relationships with commercial and financial partners.

Prior to joining ROLF, Nick was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Russia, leading the Firm`s CEE / CIS Advisory practice. Throughout his career, Nick has focused on services including due diligence, valuation, business restructuring, strategic planning and raising finance for various industries, such as energy, telecommunications, metals and consumer products.

Chief Executive ROLF SCS

Stephen Fletcher is CEO of ROLF Supply Chain Solutions (ROLF SCS) and also is a member of the Management Board. Specifically he is delivering on the development strategy of the automotive logistics businesses of the ROLF Group, including distribution of spare parts and accessories.

Stephen is accustomed to work in highly dynamic environments; setting up, down-sizing and growing businesses in rapidly changing markets. He has a broad business background (Financial Service, Outsourcing, Business Consultancy, IT, Utilities and Telecoms) and has worked in the UK, US and the Netherlands.

Chief Operating Officer

Andrey was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the ROLF Group of Companies in 2007 having joined the Group in 2004 and having served as CFO since 2005. A member of the Management Board, Andrey`s principal focus is Group finance, management and systems.

Prior to joining ROLF, Andrey worked in the assurance and subsequently the corporate finance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Russia. After PwC, Andrey joined «Media-Most», where he was in charge of financing and structuring the Holding`s internet and publishing businesses. Andrey graduated with honours from the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance. He is ACCA qualified, and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Chief Executive Distribution & Financial Services

Robert is a member of the Management Board responsible for Distribution division, including BlueFish - second hand distribution, and Financial Services.

He joined the Group in early 2008 following the acquisition of Capital Moscow. Bank Prior to joining Rolf, Robert headed consumer banking for Citibank in the PMEA region and was CEO GE Money Bank in Germany for 6 years before that.

Chief Executive Distribution

Andrey is Chief Executive of ROLF MMC distribution business.

Prior to joining ROLF, Andrey was a key account manager in business development organization in Procter&Gamble Eastern Europe. After P&G he joined Nestle Russia where he headed professional products business unit. Since 2005 Andrey was working in Hyundai Motor distributor in Russia as Sales Director.

Last two years Andrey was in charge of the development of the ROLF Group’s business in Central Asia through its related company RYCOM. As Managing Director of MMC Distribution business in Kazakhstan he oversaw the rapid growth in MMC sales and market share. Despite economic crisis and an overall 70% decline in new-car sales in the country, Andrey was able to lead Mitsubishi to the second position on the market.

Group Distribution Development Director

Dmitry is Group Distribution Development Director and is a member of the Management Board. He has been instrumental in developing ROLF`s long-term business association with MMC and has accumulated invaluable experience building the MMC independent dealership network in Russia.

Dmitry joined ROLF in 2001 from BMW Rusland Trading, where he had been a key account manager.

Chief Financial Officer

Anthony is the Chief Financial Officer of the ROLF Group of Companies and a member of the Management Board. He has overall responsibility for the Group`s finance function and related systems. Anthony joined the Group in early 2008 as the Chief Operating Officer of ROLF Retail where he was responsible for finance, human resources and information technology.

Working in Russia since 1995, prior to joining ROLF, Anthony was a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Russia responsible for Transaction Services.
