ROLF Retail - sells cars from 11 foreign-brands through its 28 dealerships in Moscow and St. Petersburg and also includes its own loan & insurance agent ROLF Finance and BlueFish division responsible for used cars sales.

ROLF Distribution - ROLF has built and operates the largest independent foreign car distribution organisation in Russia. Its ROLF Import business has an exclusive agreement to distribute Mitsubishi vehicles in Russia until 2014.

ROLF SCS - is a leading Russian logistics operator with a focus on Finished Vehicles. It offers a full range of logistics services, including warehousing, port facilities and railway delivery.

We Love Parts - is ROLF’s specialist vehicle spare parts distribution business with a growing regional presence.

Financial Services - in 2008 the Group acquired Capital Moscow Bank to take advantage of the significant potential that exists for both trade and consumer finance in the auto-market.

The Group's strategy is co-ordinated by an experienced team.
